TREFI finance is provided under a standard documentation set. Key terms and conditions are:
- Certain: obtain revolving commitment from financier up to 5 years and extend when desired
- Fast: Obtain finance the day after an invoice is sent
- Fair: advances in line with the risk in the portfolio; up to 100% of the portfolio value
- Clear: Interest is charged at the base rate plus a margin
